We have coins almost in every part of our house. Inside the remote control basket, on the dressing table, on the shelves, inside the coin banks, inside our wallets, bags, pockets and etc. We don't really mind not using these coins now because we are saving them for future uses.
These are the times when our cup runs dry and we ( together with the kids) all search through our house for loose coins. It's amusing, it's like were on a treasure hunt. :) And when all the coins are gathered in one place, we count them and get surprise with the total amount of coins we've collected.
So, when you come to our house and see coins on top of the fridge or on one of the shelves, you don't have to tell us, we know where they are and when they will be most useful.. :)
