Our house is still in a good shape but some of our neighbors told us that it leaks whenever there is heavy rain. Hmm.. So, my hubby wanted to do some repairs to prevent future leakage but I guess we would never know the sources of leaks yet ( if ever there are some) unless it rains heavily. My Hubby is actually quite a handyman now, our brother in law just gave him a big toolbox with complete set of tools! I'm not sure thought if there are clamps and other stuff there but that toolbox has really been very helpful especially during our move.
Anyways, we'll have to wait and see whether our house indeed leaks and if it does and only then we can make some necessary repairs.
