Introducing the new healthy, me. :)One of our goals this year is to be physically healthy. So, we started out with a grocery full of fruits and vegetables last week. Guess what, we managed to finish all those fruits and veggies in a weeks time! If you know me personally, you would really get shock with this 'revelation' because I hardly eat fruits, much less vegetables. Many times we've attempted to eat vegetables at least few times a week but they will just be left in the fridge until passed their expiry dates.
But this year, its different. I'm kinda serious with this new healthy lifestyle stuff. And today, we went on another trip to Carrefour for our healthy grocery shopping; more fruits, vegetables, wheat bread and 100% juices.
Even if it's just barely a week since I started to exercise and eat right, I feel so refreshed and energize. I'm also back to the 30 Day Shred by the way. It's a complete 25-30 minute intense workout with cardio, lower ab workout and strength training. It's really intense but it just feels good after every workout.
