It's indeed a cold month. It has been raining here in the city and I haven't seen the sun for days. Many of the locals are still talking about 'predictions' of another flood coming and etc. I don't know for sure whether all these talks are from reliable sources or is it just because many people are fearful of the future. But as most of them say, it's good to be prepared.
Oh, I hope and pray that there won't be another flood. I just want to enjoy the rain and cool weather ( without any fear). It's really cold these days that there's not need for fairfax air conditioning and sometimes no need to use the electric fan too. That's one good news too since electricity bill won't be so high.
