Licence to Grill is one of the shows I like to watch in the Asian Food Channel. I like the way the host, Rob Rainford presents grilling in a very simple way. Sometimes, I can't believe that grilling steaks and other meats that look so delicious after their cooked would be so simple. But honestly, I've never tried any of his tips and recipes yet. I'm just very good in watching cooking shows, drooling over their dishes but never getting to do the actual cooking itself. As for grilling, we still don't have the grilling set and grilling accessories. I'm impressed with show's grilling sets and accessories. They look so high tech and expensive. Maybe, next time we go to Home Pro I can check on the price of their grilling sets. If they're too pricey, we'll just have to buy at the market or even make our own. Hubby has always wanted us to have barbecue with friends but we've only done this once in our old house. I guess, I will have to leave the grilling to him since this looks like a man's job. As I see in the tactical grilling's website, they've got grilling aprons that are designed for men.
