After reading about the benefits of Fish oil and other health supplements, I thought of taking it since we have a supply in our kitchen. It was in a gel capsule, so it didn't have any taste at all as I swallowed the capsule with water.
But then later, I realized that I've been burping more often and whenever I burp, I could taste the 'fishy taste'. Yikes! LOL!.. So, it's really made of fish oil! Silly me! So, there goes my first try of taking health supplements. But with the advantages of this supplement, I think I will have to give it another try and maybe I'll get used of the fishy smell.. LOL!
Anyways, there's really a lot of health supplements available in the market right now, each supplement has its own different use from vig rx to oxycollasyn.
