It's already summer time here in Thailand and wow, it's really hot. Just a few minutes out in the sun can leave you feeling dehydrated. The temperature here in Thailand can be from 38-42 degrees during the summer. Our friend from India said that in their country it can go as high as 52 degrees! Wow! I'm sure people get heat stroke with that kind of temperature.
Anyways, back here at home, our living room gets so hot during the days as we have large glass doors where it can be hit directly by the sun. And because of that, it's like the whole house becomes so warm all throughout the day. So, the other day, we went to buy some 'stained-glass like' stickers to stick on the glass so the sunlight can be diffused with different colors. We haven't put it up yet but I'm excited to see the effect.
It'll be nice if we could also get some custom window blinds for our glass doors but when we checked out the shop, it was beyond our budget. I guess we will have to wait for awhile and maybe these discount custom blinds will become so cheap and so we will be getting some custom size shades for our windows too.
