Kids' Birthdays and Party Food Ideas

It's already summer time which means my li'l girl's birthday is coming soon. We don't have a specific plan for her 6th birthday yet but we had been having children's party here in our neighborhood for years. Most of the kids here are already aware of my li'l girl's birthday and some are even looking forward for it. Inviting our neighbors and friends for our kids' birthday parties are opportunities for us to be a blessing to them and befriend them too. I could remember that when we were still new in the neighborhood, we didn't have many friends. It was only after inviting them for our li'l girl's party when we got to know them better.

For our kids' birthday parties, we don't really prepare a lot of food items since kids are more interested with the games, party bags and prizes than food. Most of the time we just prepare burger, french fries, spaghetti, hot dog and cake. With that the kids are already so happy and full.

I could remember our li'l boy's 2nd birthday were we used playhouse Disney's party fun ideas for our decorations, party hats and cup cake toppers. We also had our usual party food.

Anyways, I'm already starting to plan and think for my li'l girl's upcoming birthday I might have to explore a bit and change our food items. I would have to search for great party food ideas and recipes too. But wait, I think my girl's birthday this year falls on a school day and she will be going to school already. Hmm.. I might as well, talk to her teachers and ask if she could celebrate her birthday in her class. If not, then we will hold in on a Saturday and invited her classmates. It will be fun!
