I haven't been feeling very well the past two days. Maybe it's because I've been sleeping late last week due to some online tasks and writing some new blog posts. . So, to make my body rest well, I've slept with my kids for the past two nights and also sleep in the afternoon. But guess what, for the past two nights, my boy has also been waking up at the middle of the night. First, he would be asking for a bottle of milk and then after that he would be awake for 2 hours. It would have been okay if he just lie down and be still when he's awake but he moves around the bed ( walking and jumping at times !) . Oh, I don't know he's been waking up so active at the middle of the night lately. So, even If I sleep early, I still end up tired and groggy in the mornings because my sleep gets disturbed.
Anyways, I'm feeling much better now since I already took some vitamins and drank a lot of water. I just need to rest more I guess.
