My li'l ones know how to pamper their mom. When I lie down on the sofa to rest, my li'l girl combs my hair while my li'l boy give me mini massages on my leg and arms. It feels so nice to be 'pampered' by my li'l ones. Even if this pampering only lasts for a few minutes but it's already enough to provide me natural joint pain relief .
