An Afternoon At the Beach

We just came from Songkhla beach with our friends. The kids really had great fun swimming and flying their kites. But it was just soo hot that we the 'lifeguards' had to use an umbrella to be shielded from the harsh rays of the sun. I forgot to use my day cream so, I definelty didn't have sun protection at all. I wonder what's the best day creams , that could give you sun protection and all.

Our li'l girl really enjoyed her afternoon that she even thanked us for bringing her to the beach.
