I can't wait to get on the scale. Not that I lost weight lately but I'm afraid I've gained the weight that I've lost for 10 days in a low carb diet. You see, we had a get together party last Saturday, then attended a shower party on Sunday and our family friend cooked Indian food for us yesterday. And of course, I ate some of the left over food from our party and Indian lunch and of course drank liters of Coke. :)
I wonder if there's a quick weight loss diet that let me lose even with my feasting and eating.
