Thai Cashew Nut Chicken.One of my favorite dishes to order here in Thailand. This is dish is not spicy even it's tooped with red big chillies and chopped green pepper. Or maybe, I'm just so accustomed to spicy food that I don't taste the mild 'hotness' of this dish anymore. Anyways, if you're not a fan of Thai spicy dishes, you might want to try this one because I'm sure you'll like it.
