Another Flood Threat

We've been following the news for a couple of days now. Because of the La Nina phenomenon, we are now experiencing a ' rainy' summer. The rainfall had been great and caused the upper southern provinces in Thailand to get flooded. I saw how Surathani, Chumpon, Nakohn Si Thammarat and Phattalung has been flooded form 1-2 meters high. If you see the Thailand map, Phattalung is just a few kilometers from our city, Hat Yai and there has already been warning of another flood threat in the city.

These warnings haven't been announced in the local news yet but the people know better than to be just cautious. Everyone seems to be getting ready for another flood. Oh, I pray there won't be another flood in the city...but at the same time, we need to go to the supermarket to get our supplies ready.
