To Malaysia and Back

We went to Malaysia yesterday. Oh, actually just to the border. We sent our friend, had lunch, did a bit of 'Malaysian shopping' which consist of diapers,canned goods and snacks then went on our way back to Hat Yai.

We could have drove all the way to Kangar to our friend's house but then we don't have permit and insurance from Malaysian auto insurance companies, so we can't go further.

It's quite sad how our kids were so excited when they learned that we were going to Malaysia. Our boy thought we're going to their Tata's (grandfather's house) while our girl said, she wanted to go to her Ammachi's ( granmother) house. But Klang and Taiping are still hundred of kilometers away from the border and it's not possible to go and visit them at this time.

But we will surely see them in April when we go back there and do my visa in KL. So, see you soon Malaysia!
