I happen to see a photo of me that was taken less than a year ago and I was surprised to see that I was not so plump there. Then I remembered that was the time when I did regular exercise and I tried to watch my diet. I didn't realize then that what I was doing was working quite well because I depended so much on my weighing scale. When I didn't see my weight budge for more than a month of exercise and diet, I stopped. Tsk..tsk.. That was a bad idea.
Then early this year, I started to exercise and watch my diet again but I only lasted for a month. Reason? It's the same as last year. I didn't see much results and I was tired. Many times I'm tempted to go on a fad diet or check on diet pills at http://www.weightlosspills.net , because I wanted to see results. But I know it takes time to build healthy habits so, I would just have to let myself get up once again.
I actually could see some kind of a cycle on my weight loss endeavor and I wonder how I can break through it, move on and not give up. Anyways, I'll give myself another chance this coming week and I will just have to work harder to motivate myself to go on living healthily through diet and exercise, with or without result on my scale.
