Our friend told my Hubby one day that they're moving out of their present house and asked him if we're interested to take over. The house that they are staying in now is one very nice house. They let some Wood floor installers install parquet tiles on the second floor and the kitchen is big. What we like most about their house is it comes with a very spacious yard and garden. If you've read one of my posts when we were looking for a house last year, it was our daughter's desire to rent a house with a 'garden'.
When we were at our friend's house a week ago, we can't just help but 'wish' to move there. We saw our kids happily running around the spacious yard. I could almost imagine them pitching tents or having picnic. But the catch is, the rent. The rent is too high for us and I don't think it's quite possible for us to afford it. Aside from that, we have another 2 more years (contract) to stay in our present house. So, my Hubby politely declined our friend's offer. Maybe in a couple of years to come we will finally be able to move in to our li'l girl's 'dream house'. :)
