Early to Bed, Early to Rise

Early to bed, early to rise. How I wish I will be able to do this. But then, I've been sleeping so late these days and it seems that my body is already used to it. There were a few times that I tried to sleep 'earlier' than my usual sleeping time, but I ended up tossing and turning. At the end I still slept late.

Getting enough sleep really has a lot of benefits, but I think I need a complete overhaul on my sked ( and my kids' sked) so I can go to bed at a normal time. If I sleep at a normal time ( let's say 10-11pm??), maybe then my skin will be clearer. Yes, I'm having constant break outs now from lack of sleep. I'm using a facial treament without accutane, of course. Ever heard of the accutane lawsuit ( accutane is not safe) ?

According to studies, having a quality 8 hour sleep can also help in weight loss. Oh, so this must be another culprit on why I'm gaining weight! LOL! Okay, enough said, I think I'm already sleepy and I'm not talking sense. Good night for now!
