Another Monday

Last Monday, I was very excited to take on a new healthy lifestyle. I was very faithful to my mini goals for the first five days. And then weekend crept in and that's when I relaxed a bit and wasn't able to monitor my water intake and 'forgot' to include fruits and veggies in my meals. Then, I felt quite guilty with my food intake that I didn't track my food and didn't do the 30 Day Shred. Arrghh..

Why do weekends have such an effect on me? But never mind, that's the past and I won't dwell on that. It's another Monday and I'm off to a new start. And so far I've been good, drank my water, ate my fruits and veggies, tracked my food and exercised. I'm thinking of starting to limit my calorie intake this week and also try to look for colon cleansers that actually work . I've read that cleansing the colon is a good way to start being healthy.
