There's no denying that I've gained so much of weight over the past months. So, when my friend introduced the South Beach Diet, I didn't think twice of starting yet another diet. Since I was 'desperate' I wanted to start immediately and it was timely that we were supposed to do our grocery last night. So, I was excited to buy the stuff needed for the diet.
But as a 'farewell' to my uncontrolled diet, I suggest to my hubby to go for a buffet dinner in town. (LOL!) Unfortunately, it was already too late when we finished our dinner so our grocery shopping hasn't been pushed through. I, on the other hand was quite relieved since I wasn't so ready to start another diet... but then, I'm also desperate to lose weight. Confusing huh?
For the meantime, I'll look on lipofuze reviews and see what else I can do to lose this extra weight of mine.
