If you're a stranger and arrived in Hat Yai without any knowledge of what took place a few days ago, you might think that there's some kind of festival in the city.

The city has been crowded for a couple of days now because of the citywide after flood sale. All the businessmen and store owners are selling their soggy products for a very cheap price. According to them, it's better they get a little bit of cash from these items rather than they become moldy and be thrown away. Yesterday, I got the chance to go out and see the 'commotion'. I pitied many of the shop owners as most of their goods are wet, muddy and damaged. The buyers on the other hand are so happy with their good buys. But still there are a few very business minded people, who sold their goods with very less discount or without any change of price.

I got to buy a few items yesterday but had to give up because the crowd was just overwhelming. I hope to get a chance to go back there again and see if they have any brown curtains or Cheap Vertical Blinds for sale and other things which we can use in the house.
