The whole city of Hat Yai is currently undergoing a citywide clean up. Though we can see that the municipal has been doing the clean up everyday but still there is lots of garbage on the streets as people have also been cleaning up and clearing things from their houses and shops. So, it's quite a common sight to see muddy and soggy sofas, mattresses, cabinets and etc. on the streets as they're being thrown out. Even the canals are being cleaned and we can see shoes, stuff toys among other things taken out from the canals. I'm sure garbage collectors find a lot of 'treasures' from the things being thrown away, like metals,steel, recyclable bottles, plastics and etc. I wonder if they also find real 'treasures' from the garbage like jewelries or gold bullion. Yeah, that might be impossible huh? But these real treasures can really be great investments in the future and will be a great help for those in possession of these.
