Weight Vs. Shape

I've gone back to my 'normal' weight now through the use of the slimming coffee that I bought 2 weeks back. I've actually gained 3 kilos after I stopped exercising and eating my to my hearts content for almost 3 months. That's like gaining 1 kilo a month!

Now, I'm thankful that as I checked the scales I already lost those extra kilos. But then, though I know I've lost weight but it's not that obvious since it's actually my 'normal' weight. And I guess, it's really much different if I exercise because even if I don't lose much weight through it but its more obvious since I lose more inches and therefore shapes my body faster than any diet or slimming product.

So, as I continue this slimming coffee that I'm using, I'm also hoping to get back to doing the best fat burning exercises so I can lose weight and inches at the same time.
