It has been raining the whole day and night. It's good that the rain is not so heavy but it's like unending. We're really praying hard that there won't be anymore flooding in Hat Yai. We were here during the 2000 flood and that was really bad. And with the North and Northeast of Thailand experiencing major flood at this moment, one can't help but be worried.
I guess many people in Hat Yai are worried and already doing some preparations in case the inevitable happens. When we drove around this afternoon, we already saw sandbags in front of many shops. These sandbags can be helpful in keeping the water from going inside the shops. But we're really praying that we won't be experiencing flood anymore.
Oh, wow, finally the rain has stopped. I better read an article on prescription eye glasses now and get ready to sleep. Good night!
