I've already made a small step to be naturally healthy by signing myself up in different sites and forums, newsletters and etc. I then regularly received updates, healthy recipes, exercise tips and the likes. Sometimes, I do read these updates and newsletters. But I guess one very important thing is missing from me - and that is to ACT on it, and apply the things I've learned from all these sites. Yes, I did try for a few weeks to be 'healthy' and free from some types of processed food and refined stuff but I didn't last very long. I guess I need more discipline and determination to do so, because in terms of head knowledge, I guess I've had enough.
Anyways, I'll check again the Diet & Exercise forum and Recipes Forum in one of these sites and see if I can me more motivated to start on being naturally healthy.
