We went out for Roti again this evening and as usual I ordered my favorite drink Cha Yen from this particular shop. Cha Yen or literally translated as "Tea Cold" is the Thai version of milk tea with Ice. It's a popular drink for the Thais and it's very sweet and creamy. I notice that everytime I drink Chayen from this shop, I usually have a difficult time to sleep and my mind will just be so active. I think it has something to do with the mixture of tea they put but I just love this shop's Cha yen because it's very rich, thick and sweet. So, even if I know I'll have trouble sleeping at night I still opt to order this drink.
But for tonight, drinking the Cha Yen that keeps me awake is quite helpful for me since I have to be up and finish some work before I go to bed.

So right about Cha Yen....so good and refreshing but now I know why I couldn't go to sleep last night!!!
