Weekly Dates and Dolce

The "Sheep and the Fish biscuit crackers"

Hubby and I have been going out on dates more regularly now. Thanks to our cousin who always volunteers himself to look after the kids during the weekends so we can go out. Oh, these dates are just 'precious' to us.

And since we've been going out almost weekly, we are on the lookout for new places to go. Just last weekend we went to a nice, outdoor resto near the University. Just acroos it is a dessert shop called Dolce. Since we were so full from our dinner, we thought of going to that dessert shop on our next date.

The dessert shop has just newly opened and I really like their interior. It's a bit more 'classy' though but I'm sure their prices would be quite affordable especially it's situated near the University. That's the beauty of the shops here in Thailand, you'll never be too 'scared' to enter new shops since you know they won't overprice.

Anyways, I was telling my Hubby that the word 'Dolce' means sweets in our dialect. The word must have derived from Spanish and I think Italians also use that word. It is fun and handy to know a few foreign words here and there. Just now, I've learned that the French words ampoule, ampoule led or ampoule basse consommation mean lamp, led lamp and saving bulb respectively. :)
