I've been quite "obsessed" on losing my extra weight lately. So, I've been reading a lot of diet plans and strategies to help me lose weight. You see, I'm at my highest weigh now (not counting my pregnancy weight) ever. I was a few pounds lighter a few months after my 2nd child delivery compared to my weight now. So, I can't blame this excess weight to be my post pregnancy weight anymore. I'm also concern that if I don't do anything about my weight now, it might lead to constant increase until it'll be out of control.
I'm currently contemplating of doing either the Harcombe diet or the Atkins diet. I'll have to discuss the differences of these diets in detail in my fitness blog. I wonder which one is the best fat burner for women . Anyways, I'm not yet done with my research yet but I would have to start doing whichever diet once we come back from our Malaysia trip. It would really be very difficult to keep up a diet when you're traveling and attending a conference. Haaayy... extra weight , weight, go away!!

Hi, I'd be interested to see what you come up with. I've done Atkins before and fell off the wagon with it - it was several years ago so I can't really remember what my loss was. I'm on doing Harcombe phase 1 - did 5 days lost a measly 3 lbs and felt like crap on days 3 & 4. Felt a bit disillusioned but thought I'll keep going, as at least I wasn't craving processed carbs and my headache had finally gone. I'm now day 9 and I've lost 5 lbs total. So in a word it definitely isn't falling off me and I'm sticking with the plan 100%. My husband has just cut back generally but is eating and drinking a wide array of stuff and he's lost 3lbs in half the time!! Aggh - it's sooo frustrating. But I just have to keep reminding myself that this isn't a quick fix, it is a life-style change and at least the needle is coming down if slowly! I have another 22 lbs to go. Good luck to you with it all.
