I've learned from my friend that the homeschool curriculum that they've been using is not recognized by the Department of Education in the Philippines. Thus, it's difficult for their son to enroll at a normal school. I hope and pray that this issue will be resolved and her son can start school immediately. I will be homeschooling my li'l girl in a month's time but I will also have to check Malaysia's education policies on homeschooling just in case our daughter will have to proceed her degree there.
If not, there are still other options for pursuing a degree. We can also opt for a credible online degree like the business administration degree that is offered by Northwestern College ( formerly Northernwestern Business College. This College is Regionally Accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
