There's no doubt our girl is an avid reader. If we allow her, she would prefer not doing anything else but read the whole day. But she already has poor eyesight and is wearing prescription glasses , we try to limit her reading time so as to preserve her eyes. Yes, we love that our girl is a reader but I think there are also downsides of reading to much and that is getting poor eyesight.
