The Gift of an Ordinary Day

If you're parent, especially a mom, I highly recommend to watch this short clip. It's a video of Katrina Kenison reading a chapter from her book, The Gift of an Ordinary Day. I cried at the end of the video. As a stay-at-home  and homeschooling mom, sometimes I look forward for special days and 'dread' on the ordinary days. But watching this video reminds me to embrace the ordinary days of motherhood  as well since times with our kids are truly special since they grow so fast and we can't turn back time.
