As mentioned in my other blog, I've made a 60 Days Challenge. I'm not challenging myself to lose a certain number of weight for the next 60 days, but I've challenged myself to exercise and eat right for 2 months. I've just finished the first phase of the challenge (30 days) and I'm proud to say that I've been quite faithful exercising except during the time when we were traveling. If you're curious, about my exercise, I'm actually doing the Zumba routines. I've been enjoying doing these routines and I guess that made me quite successful ( in terms of regularity) in doing the exercise. I've heard men and women alike has become fit through this exericse with or without the use of supplements such as p6 extreme . I don't think I've already lost some weight doing the exercise ( since I was still not careful with my food) but I could say that I really feel great and not as bloated as before. But I'm happy that I'm still so motivated continuing the exercise with or without weight loss. Anyways, my 30 days challenge is still not about weight loss but trying to build a lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating. I'm sure that the rest will follow once I'm consistent in doing both.
As for the 2nd phase of my challenge which is to eat right, this will be a bit more difficult to do. Hehehe! The second phase will start tomorrow and I will write an update about this after 30 days.
