Before attending to my laundry today which has already reached as high as Mt. Everest, I'll have to finish my online work as some of them are already due today. Yes, my laundry has become so much after several days without running water. Even our running water right now still has that brownish color but that would do, it's really much better than not having any water at all. Now, I've have experienced the difficulty without running water and somehow it has changed me to treat this precious commodity very carefully and not to waste it. I can't imagine how people survive in places where there's not enough running water. Just like for example the thousands of displaced people in Haiti who are still living in make shift tents right now after the January earthquake. I'm sure they treat clean water just like a gold bullion since the supply they have is very limited. And speaking of Haiti, please do pray for them too as typhoon Tomas has already reached a portion of the country. Pray that God will keep them safe and protected especially the children and the elderly.
