It has been a few days already since we went around the city to look for a new house to rent in, but to no avail. It does seem that there are not much vacant houses for rent in the city. Hat Yai is indeed a booming city with more and more people from the province moving in here. Therefore, most of the houses for rent must have already been occupied. There are many new subdivisions and terrace houses being built though, but most of these are for sale and not for rent.
Anyways, I know that one day we will soon find a new house for us to live in. We don't really have much requirements like bathroom vanities and the like. All we want is a three bedroom house with a garage that has an area that's safe for the kids. But if the house comes with a small garden or bathroom sink vanities, then that would be better as long as the rental is still within our allotted budget. Our current house now don't have a bathroom vanity but we are okay with that except that this bathroom is already having some leaks. :(
