Today was my 1st day ( again) of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I did this exercise more than a month ago and it really gave me results. But then I stopped and ate to my heart's content for more than a month, so I gained back my weight with a few more pounds added. Arrghh.. Now, I want to get rid of belly fat once again, so I will continue back on and hopefully, I will be consistent enough to finish the 30 days with the intent to continue on for a long time.
