Cleansing

I used to do some type of colon cleansing before. It was actually my sisters who encouraged me to do it and they have been religiously doing it for a few years now. Of course, I'm so convinced of the healthful benefits of the cleanse, but I just find the process so time consuming and inconvenient for me. I've read from the colonoxy reviews that there is a pill that can do the same type of cleansing and this is actually much appealing to me since it'll just take a second to take the pill.
