Rearranging and Homeschool

We need a little bit of rearranging again in our small abode. My brother's family of 5 is coming this month and so our girl's bedroom will have to be the guestroom again. This means, we also have to bring down her bookshelf and table for her homeschool to continue. It'll be nice to have another extra room for her to do her homeschool but this house can't accommodate another room. So, even if some people will give us new Chinese furniture or oriental furniture, we won't have a place to put them. We don't even have enough space for storage. But anyways, with her literature base homeschool materials, we can do homeschool anywhere since most of it are readings and with a little bit of writing. During the 'read alouds' you will even just find us snuggling on the bed while reading poetry, nursery rhymes, the Bible or other story books.

We are really having fun doing our homeschool. And one time my friend even told me that her son told her once that he also wants 'Tricia's homeschool' because it's 'so fun and they just read books'. So, I guess that must have been my girl's report about her homeschool to her friend. Well, I'm glad that it's not just me who's enjoying her homeschool but as well as my student. :)

I admit that I really have to do a lot of improvement with our sked and homeschool routine. There are just days that we can't follow everything to the letter and even a day or two that we weren't able to have a class because of my boy's change of nap time. But anyways, that's one beauty of homeschool, the schedule is quite flexible. But I have to try to add more things in our schedule next week as we are still trying to catch up with our lessons for this week.
