Enjoying Thai School

It has already been a month since we sent our girl to the local Thai school near our house and she's enjoying every bit of it. It's really not a struggle to wake her up to school because she immediately gets up and gets ready ( she's very slow, though) to school. She enjoys school so much that she feels sad if she's absent from her school.

I'm not so sure how our girl's communicating with the other kids as she can barely speak Thai and vice versa with her classmates. But every time I fetch her from school, she'll be happily playing with her friends.

She likes writing the Thai scripts too and has learned to write a few words. She still has to catch up on her reading though as she's already in Anubaan 3 ( Kinder 2) in which all the Thai consonants have already been taught from Anubaan 1 and 2 ( Nursery and Kinder 1). They're actually learning the Thai vowels now while she hasn't learned the Thai consonants yet. And sad to say, I won't make the best Thai tutor since I'm not so good in reading Thai. hehehe! So, that part of the job goes to my Hubby.

Anyways, I'm glad my girl loves her Thai school, I hope my boy go to school next year too without much difficulty.
