One BIG Family



Above is a video of a literally BIG family with a collective weight 1400 pounds. Food to them became like a drug and never thought much of how much they were eating. The good news though is that they had a 'wake up call' as a family and together changed their lifestyle and are now losing weight. They didn't mention whether they were taking the best slimming pills but instead they said they have regular exercise and eat a balanced diet.

This is quite interesting huh.

I believe that avoiding refined foods will be the first step to help lose weight. They may taste great, but refined foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more simply to have enough vitality to get throughout the day. If you are constantly ingesting these foods, transitioning to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more vigor while taking in less. Great blog post.
