I haven't been able to cook much these days, thanks to my sis who has been doing more of the cooking especially during the time when we didn't have anyone to help us at home. My sis just loves to cook and she's fond of putting up her own recipe. Just the other day, she cooked beef steak and we were surprised that she was also bringing a bottle of wine given as a gift to her Hubby last Christmas. It's not exactly wine of the month, but they said that one's expensive. And since no one drinks wine in our family, so she poured it out on the beef ( not the entire bottle though). Result? A delicious, tangy beef steak. Hmmm... clever cook!
