We were so happy because after almost 2 months of waiting, we finally found someone to help us out of the house and watch over the kids ( Lyle, particularly). She came on the 1st of February and it even took quite sometime for our Li'l boy to get used to her. Nevertheless, Hubby and I were able to go out and spend sometime together going on dates since she can watch over Lyle while we were away. Life was a bit free when she was here. I could take some time out to do my writing tasks. Take a breather when kids are getting uneasy and all those other conveniences.
But then, all these will come to an end tomorrow because she's already leaving and going back to her hometown. She said, her parents have asked her to go back home because of some reasons. Sayang! Teary eyed, she told us that she didn't want to go back yet but she couldn't do anything as her parents has been calling her since last week. And since we can't do anything to change her mind or her parents minds, we let her go with our full blessing.
I don't know if we could still find someone to help us in the house and watch over our Lyle. Now, we're back to square one where we tag our kids along wherever we go. No more regular dates with Hubby. No more time outs... No more adventures and etc. unless someone else out there is willing to offer an afternoon or two to babysit our kids. :)
