Striving To Be Fit and Healthy

My Hubby and I are striving to be fit and healthy. And so far, the most consistent thing we've been doing to achieve this goal is do have our colon cleanse . There are many ways to do colon cleansing and one of these is through enema. But, we find it a daunting task to do that so, we opt for the easier way which is through a detox tea.

Anyways, here is a list of benefits for colon cleansing:

  • Weight loss ( I really need this at this time.. huhuhu!)
